Hazel is an experienced management development
trainer and facilitator providing professional and effective development
for both individuals and teams. She specialises in personal and team
effectiveness, particularly related to Project Management.
Hazel has 18 years experience in major blue chip companies such as British
Airways. She has worked in direct customer contact roles and rose to
manage operational and training teams. Her last appointment at British
Airways was as Development Training Manager, Engineering, where she
successfully introduced a new Management Development Initiative enabling
individuals to take responsibility for implementing a major change programme.
Hazel completed her MBA and an MA in Human Resource Management by part time
study while working in a full time management role.
