A management consultant specialising in internal
communication, culture change and corporate values, Steve has deployed his
skills within many types of organisations both large and small, across many
industry sectors. He works with all levels in organisations from the shop
floor to Board Directors. Steve is a regular speaker and workshop facilitator
at internal communication conferences and writes for the journal "Effective
Consulting".
Steve leads, develops and works within teams, developing innovative
metaphors for helping organisations to identify and overcome challenges.
He is interested in both his own and others' personal development and is
an NLP Master Practitioner.
As an executive coach, Steve works with senior people to help them achieve their
full potential. He co-founded and continues to run The Coaching Foundation, a
national group for executive and life coaches.
Steve's first career was in information technology where he worked initially for
user organisations in technical rôles, later on working for one of the largest
IT suppliers holding positions as Project Manager, Bid Manager and Account
Consultant.
Steve was appointed to the Information Systems Examinations Board Panel for
their Consulting Skills qualification at its inception in 2001.
